Emotional awarness


 

EMOTIONAL AWARENESS  teaches children how to be more comfortable in the world around them. It gives them tools, techniques and practice, to allow them to negotiate and better understand life and people. This insight at an earlier age in life can strongly empower and support children. These are tools for life . These are not only beneficial to each individual student, but also to the community as a whole .

BENEFITS OF EMOTIONAL AWARENESS
A lot of these over lap with the yoga in relation to the self awareness and self confidence which is why we find it very beneficial to teach together, especially for children. We bring cognition to the emotional part of us and our lives.

We have programs that incorporate Emotional Awareness & Yoga .These programs are age and demographic appropriate and are tailored to be accommodated into the school term .

Each program builds on the last, to consolidate and go deeper in understanding .

Children benefit from 1 session/ week for a school term , and ideally each student would do at least 1 term per year .
