Is your son or daughter feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and/or stress? The Magic Tree Yoga & Wellness Centre are now offering online classes that focus on mindfulness, meditation and stretching to help teens cope with anxiety and stress. After the nine class term, teens should be sleeping better, thinking more clearly and feeling more at ease.
This class is intended for boys and girls aged over 12 years.
Classes are kept small (max of 10 participants) to ensure they are as therapeutic and interactive as possible.
